Buy at least 1 ticket to Jimmy Douglass' master class or seminar with the special 10% discount (use your promo code received after registration).

Send us a link to wav and mp3 files on jdcontest@backstage-secrets.com with a scanned copy or a picture of your purchased tickets.

Rules and Regulations

Only contenders who purchased tickets to at least one Jimmy Douglass' master class or seminar are allowed to participate in the contest.
The 1st place winner of the contest will be reimbursed for the full price of the purchased tickets. In case if the participant purchased a ticket to only 1 master calss, he or she will be reimbursed for the cost of that particular master class. If the participant purchased tickets to 2 or 3 master classes, the total cost of all master classes will be reimbursed, and the participant will take an honorable place right beside Jimmy at the console.
The 2nd and 3rd place winners will be reimbursed at 70% and 50% of the total costs of the purchased courses, respectively.
The deadline is April 12, 2016
On April 13th we will annonce short list with 3 finalists on Backstage Secrets official site and our Social media resources. We will find out who will be the winner and who will take 2nd and 3rd places at Jimmy’s seminar in Helsinki on April 14th. Jimmy will personally congratulate the winners and give them the prizes. Inside of the package you will find audio files of song “Fields Of Fire”, from which your mix can be constructed.
You can do everything you want with the song: replace drums, add or take off instruments, change the song's structure. Do whatever you think is right to get great aesthetic result.
You have to send us both files formats: wav and mp3.
When you are sure that you've got great mix – upload files to any file hosting service website, and send us a link to download your song to jdcontest@backstage-secrets.com Best mixes will be sent to Jimmy after we pre-screen them.
Name your files should include your name, for example: “Fields Of Fire” (John Doe).wav
Any commercial use of the mixes is absolutely prohibited and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent under the copyright laws.
You have to attach a scanned copy or a picture of the purchased tickets with your mix. All contest’s members can use promo code 10% discount.
All contest participants, regardless of the contest results, will automatically receive 10% discount to any future class by Backstage Secrets, except for outside courses.

Three prizes are waiting for you:

1st place

The winner will become Jimmy's assistant during the master classe(s) or seminar(s) that the participant purchased tickets for. The total cost of the ticket(s) will be fully reimbursed to the participant, and he or she will get the winner package from Izotope: Ozone 7 (Standard) and Alloy 2. Information about the winner will be announced on Backstage Secrets official website, our social media and official Izotope website.

2nd place

The winner of second place will get 70% discount to those Jimmy Douglass' master classes or seminars that he or she purchased the tickets for. The participant will also get Breaktweaker from Izotope. Information about the winner will be announced on Backstage Secrets official website, our social media and official Izotope website.

3th place

The winner of second place will get 50% discount to those Jimmy Douglass' master classes or seminars that he or she purchased the tickets for. The participant will also get Iris 2 from Izotope. Information about the winner will be announced on Backstage Secrets official web-site, our social media and official Izotope web-site.
